Bet or Pass provides sports betting decision support. We do not operate a sportsbook, accept deposits, hold balances, or place wagers. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information connected to the Bet or Pass app, website, backend, and support channels.
This policy is a production-ready starting point, but it should be reviewed by counsel before App Store submission.
Data we collect
Depending on how you use Bet or Pass, we may collect:
- Account identifiers: user ID, email address if provided, Apple account-related subscription identifiers, and account status.
- Subscription data: product ID, entitlement status, renewal status, transaction metadata from Apple, and trial usage count.
- App preferences: selected leagues, saved sportsbook app preferences, risk profile, and app settings.
- Bet analysis data: selected games, markets, odds, stake units, recommendations, saved slips, analysis history, and performance tracking.
- Sports data inputs: odds, injuries, scores, weather, lineups, starting pitchers, goalie information, and related market context from data providers.
- Device and diagnostic data: app version, device type, crash logs, performance events, request logs, and support troubleshooting details.
- Support data: messages you send to support, deletion requests, and related correspondence.
How we use data
- To load games, odds, and sports context.
- To generate Bet or Pass analysis, confidence, proof checklists, and risk flags.
- To enforce free trial usage and subscription access.
- To save slips, preferences, and performance history when you use those features.
- To troubleshoot bugs, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and App Store requirements.
How we share data
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate Bet or Pass, including hosting providers, analytics or crash reporting providers, sports data providers, subscription infrastructure, customer support tools, and Apple for App Store purchases.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Account, analysis, and saved slip data can be deleted after a verified account deletion request, except where retention is required for security, legal, tax, dispute, or accounting reasons.
Your choices
- You can request account deletion at https://betorpass.app/delete-account/.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@betorpass.com.
- You can manage or cancel Apple subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- You can change app preferences inside the app.
Children and legal betting age
Bet or Pass is not intended for children or anyone below the legal betting age in their jurisdiction. Do not use Bet or Pass if sports betting is illegal where you are located.
